Aikido.34 Light Technology, Simplicity and Elegance

The AIKIDO.34 LIGHT combines exclusive, compact design with the right blend of technology and user-friendliness.

Single-phase, 220V. The motor is controlled by an innovative INVEMOTOR inverter, with rotation speed regulated exactly as required in proportion to the pressure applied to the pedal.

If tension is encountered during mounting/demounting, the INVEMOTOR automatically slows down to reduce the stress on the bead.

The controlled-motion bead breaker rollers allow troublefree operation on every type of tyre up to 34”, including even ultra-low profile, RUNFLAT and new generation tyres.

With the aid of the patented Butler tool, the AIKIDO.34 LIGHT works with no need for bead lifter levers.

Controlled-motion bead breaker rollers and proximity sensor.

The gradual, controlled motion of the beadbreaker rollers allows the bead to be broken close to the edge of the rim, protecting the tyre sidewall and any pressure sensors. Made from synthetic material,the rollers do not damage the rim even if contact does occur. The proximity sensors automatically reduce the roller approach speed during positioning and automatically activate its radial penetration movement, simplifying bead breaking (when set on "AUTO").

Patented mounting/demounting tool.

Made from synthetic material, it allows operation close to the rim, making bead extraction easier and thus simplifying the demounting of any type of tyre (even with ovalised rims). The exclusive design allows the tool to slip between the rim and the tyre to grip the bead. It extracts the bead by applying leverage to the rim, lifting the bead gradually and with minimal stress.

Self-Clamping Wheel Support

Patented by Butler, the Self-Clamping Wheel Support allows the wheel to be fixed in place by just quickly positioning the locking cone. The oscillating turntable automatically immobilises the rim during mounting and demounting operations. Also suitable for reverse rim wheels, it is height-adjustable.

Rapid bead breaker roller and tool adjustment. The bead breaker rollers and tool are simultaneously positioned in one simple movement. Automatic arm locking. To ensure greater precision, the arms automatically lock in place during mounting and demounting. A touch on the button releases the locking mechanism and allows the arm to move.

Intuitive, ergonomic and sophisticated, the control console is operated with just one hand.

Rotary bead presser

The optional PLUS 91AK is a useful aid for even faster mounting of ultra low-profile and RUN FLAT tyres.

Used as bead presser during mounting, it can be employed to prevent re-insertion of the tyre bead during demounting.

Pneumatic wheel lift.

The pneumatic wheel lift allows effortless transfer of the wheel from the round to the central clamping assembly.

Version with patented TOP tubeless tyre inflation device (FI).

New, powerful tubeless tyre inflation system suitable for any rim diameter.
