The Classic Line

We are talking about the tyre changers that made Butler famous. The original and ergonomic design makes them unmistakable. But the difference in respect to the common concept of tyre changers doesn't stop here. These machines are exclusively powered by compressed air. Therefore, they are extremely safe, and can also be used in difficult conditions.

The self-centering "tulip" works with an inclination that allows the operator to be in a more comfortable position when compared to the traditional machines, furthermore, the lack of a clamping table makes tyre explosions less dangerous, releasing the blast downwards. All of the parts in contact with the wheel are made in rubber/plastic in a way to avoid any damage to the rim as well as the tyre. The power is the simplicity permitted by these machines to operate in an extremely effective way, also when dealing with complicated and delicate tyre/rim combinations.

Butler's side bead breakers work proportionally, avoiding the violent hit of the shovel, which causes a lot of damage to tyres and rims. The Navigator Line

Tyre changers that range from light transport to large earth moving machines. There is the Navigator 01, with its very original patented design and extreme speed, and the Navigator 03, the most powerful truck tyre changer of its size.

The NST Range

A machine that changes tyres and produces nitrogen. Butler has once again entered into a new field, producing this innovative, and patented combination. Right now Butler has all of it's products available in the NST version (Nitrogen Supplying Tyre changer): These machines give the operator the choice of traditionally filling tyres, with compressed air, or "evolutionary" air: a mix with hardly any oxygen, almost 100% nitrogen. The latest edition, completing Butler's NST range is the Nitrotower with its extremely innovative design, specifically created for nitrogen inflating truck, bus and tractor tyres very quickly.

Librak

With the balancers in this range, Butler covers the entire spectrum of pneumatics. It goes from the simplest and most inexpensive model to the most technologically advanced. The Librak covers the whole market: from scooters to heavy transport vehicles.

Safety Cages

Another sector that has risen notable interest in the market that Butler has decided to enter, with its own "interpretation", is that of the safety cage. Also, in this case, the originality of the design and the operating comfort make it in every way a "Butler product".
